🌈 Hello Brisbane Pride Choir, friends and supporters! 🌈
😻 Semester 2 😻
Brisbane Pride Choir will be starting Semester 2 of Rehearsals for 2022 on Tuesday 12th July, and we are opening rehearsals to new interested members and friends of the choir. If you love singing, want to give it a "red hot" go, or want to hang out with people like you, we look forward to hosting you. We are opening our doors to new members for 4 weeks, no obligation to join but we will ask at the end.
Location: West End Uniting Church, 11 Sussex St, West End, QLD 4101
Time: 7 pm - 9 pm
What to bring: Water Bottle, Jumper, Pencil, Snack for yourself.
🌻 Concert: July Jamboree in Esk, QLD 🌻
We are a member of the Australian National Choral Association, and they are hosting a mixed choir event in Esk on the 16th of July. Members of the choir will hop on a bus for a day of mixed rehearsals with other QLD choirs, performing both as Brisbane Pride Choir and as part of a mass choir. For details regarding the event, and choir members please refer to our website.
🌈 Fundraiser: Trivia Night - Rainbow World 30th July🌈
Brisbane Pride Choir will be hosting our Annual Trivia Night this year on the 30th of July 2022. We will be headed back to the lovely Wellers Hill Bowls Club at 34 Esher St, Tarragindi QLD 4121. From 6.30 pm til 9:30 pm we will be doing trivia, playing games, and generally having a great time if you'd like to organise a table with your work friend.
Location: Wellers Hill Bowls Club, 34 Esher St, Tarragindi, QLD 4121
Doors open: 6 pm
Trivia: 7 pm - 9 pm
Doors will close: at 9:30 pm
Food: There will be a food truck serving food onsite for dinner, and we strongly encourage you to come early (from 6 pm) to grab a meal.
Drinks: The Wellers Hill Bar will be open and serving. (This is an all-ages event).
Tickets: $25 for individuals, or Table of 8 for $180
